Communication Systems definition

Communication Systems shall refer to a project that includes the sale of infrastructure hardware and/or software, user devices, and Contractor engineering and installation service. The contract for a “Communication System” will always have a Statement of Work and an Acceptance Test Plan. This clause shall also not be applicable to pre-existing contracts Contractor has in the State of Texas. The term ”pre-existing” shall refer to contracts in existence as of the effective date of this Agreement.
Communication Systems means equipment, devices, and other items used for communication purposes in connection with PSE's construction, use, operation, maintenance, repair or replacement of its Facilities in the Franchise Area and other permitted activities under this Franchise, including, without limitation, the operation and management of its natural gas and electric energy distribution systems. Communications Systems specifically excludes any equipment, devices, or systems installed or constructed to provide consumer telecommunications, cable television, or broadband data services at wholesale or retail within the City, whether by wire or wireless means, to persons other than PSE agents, employees, affiliates, contractors, or consultants.
Communication Systems means any system, which communicates through various media including but not limited to fibre optics, wire or wireless systems, that transfers data from one location to another or to a centralized location, unless otherwise indicated in this Agreement;
