Prohibition on Retaliation. No Child, parent, staff, stakeholder, or any other person shall be subjected to retaliation in any manner for information shared with the Monitors, the Facility Consultant, or the United States in their efforts to determine compliance with this Agreement.

Prohibition on Retaliation. In accordance with FDC policy and procedure, Defendants shall not retaliate against any Death Row Inmate, including any Plaintiff, for participating in this Action. In accordance with FDC policy and procedure, Defendants shall not retaliate against any Death Row Inmate or other person because that person has provided information or assistance related to this Agreement to Plaintiffs or Plaintiffs’ Counsel.
Prohibition on Retaliation. It is the City’s policy to comply in full with Section 1558 of the U.S. Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), which prohibits retaliation against employees who report violations of Title I of ACA or who receive tax credits or cost-sharing reductions (under section 36B of the Internal Revenue Code or section 1402 of ACA) in connection with participation in the health insurance exchange.
