DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION. A. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of age, race, creed, color, religion, marital status, sex, national origin, political affiliation, sexual preference and physical or mental handicap.

There shall be no discrimination, interference or coercion by the Employer or any of its agents against the employees represented by the Association because of membership or activity in the Association. The Association shall not intimidate or coerce employees into membership. NO DISCRIMINATION - The Parties to this agreement agree that they shall not discriminate against any person because of race, creed, color, sex or age and that such person shall receive the full protection of this Agreement.
DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION. 5-01 The Corporation agrees that there shall be no discrimination, interference, or coercion exercised or practised with respect to any employee in the matter of hiring, wage rates, training, upgrading, promotion, transfer, layoff, recall, discipline, discharge or otherwise by reason of race, creed, colour, national origin, political or religious affiliations or marital status, nor by reason of his or her membership or activity in the Union.
