Project Completion and Payment. After WES’s completion of all punch list items, project closeout requirements, and upon receipt of written notice that the Project is ready for final inspection and acceptance and upon receipt of a Final Application for Payment, the Customer will make such inspection within seven days and, when the Customer finds the Project acceptable under the Contract Documents and the Contract fully performed, the Customer will execute and issue the Certificate of Acceptance within two days from the final inspection and pay the entire balance found to be due to XXX as stated in the Final Application for Payment within the time provided in Section 4.4.

Project Completion and Payment a. Project completion means installing the fence, scheduling an inspection by NJDA, Division of Agricultural and Natural Resources staff, correcting any deficiencies noted during the inspection, and submitting bills for reimbursement to the NJDA, Division of Agricultural and Natural Resources using a form authorized by the NJDA, Division of Agricultural and Natural Resources. The Awardee shall notify the Department when the fencing has been installed and request payment on a payment claim voucher form authorized by the Department.

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination.   • PROJECT MILESTONES, REPORTING AND PAYMENTS 15. The milestones for the projects, their relationship to the outputs, expected completion dates, relevant reporting dates and expected payments to be made are set out in bilateral schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will make payments subject to the performance reports demonstrating the relevant milestone has been met.

  • Payments and Completion Payments may be withheld because of (1) defective work not remedied; (2) failure of contractor to make proper payments to subcontractors, workers, or suppliers; (3) persistent failure to carry out work in acceptance with this Agreement or these general conditions, or (4) legal claims.
