Project Contributions. 6.1 Each Party must provide its Contributions to the Project at the time, location and in the manner as set out in Schedule B.
6.2 Except as stated otherwise in Schedule B and subject to first receiving a valid tax invoice from the Administering Organisation, each Partner Organisation must pay its Partner Organisation Cash Contribution up- front annually for each year of the Project Period in accordance with the following:
(a) in relation to the first instalment of a Partner Organisation’s Cash Contribution, on the Commencement Date; and
(b) in relation to any subsequent instalments, on each anniversary of the Commencement Date.
6.3 The Partner Organisations are under no obligation under this Agreement to provide any funds in excess of their respective Contributions as set out in Schedule B and are not responsible for the Contributions of any other Party.
Project Contributions. Where a significant purpose of a grant to a Bilateral Donor is accomplished upon disbursement of USAID funds in respect of a
Project Contributions. Each Project Participant must make its cash and non- cash Project Contributions available for the Project at the times and in the manner specified in the Project Details.
Project Contributions. 5.1 Each Party will make such contributions in terms of manpower deployment, equipment, facilities, cash funding and other contributions as specified in Schedule 1, or as agreed from time to time by the Parties in writing.
5.2 D3 shall fund research and development activities in connection with the Project, and shall reimburse COLLABORATOR, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Schedule 3 hereto, for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by COLLABORATOR and/or its Affiliates in performance of its obligations under the Project Plan, which shall be limited to (a) reasonable third party costs and expenses attributable to manufacture of VIS513 required for the Project; (b) reasonable third party consultancy costs and expenses directly related to the manufacture of VIS513 for the Project; and (c) reasonable costs incurred, with the prior written approval of D3, by COLLABORATOR directly related to the manufacture of VIS513 and non-clinical activities (that D3 requests COLLABORATOR to undertake), in each case as reflected in the relevant invoices, within thirty (30) days from the date of Invoice for such costs and expenses by COLLABORATOR. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by D3 only where D3 has given its prior written approval to COLLABORATOR incurring, and D3 approving, such expense.
5.3 D3 shall properly keep and maintain adequate and current records (in the form of notes, sketches, drawings or in any other form that may be required by COLLABORATOR) of all work performed relating to the Project, including all Results, and such records shall be made available to COLLABORATOR at all times.
Project Contributions. Should the Montana Department of Commerce approved Broadwater County's MCEP application and issue a grant award for the Project, the Parties commit to provide a percentage of matching funds as proposed in the MCEP application as follows:
X. Xxxxxxxxxx County will contribute, in cash, 14% of the matched portion of the project costs which is currently estimated at TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000);
X. Xxxxxxxx County will contribute, in cash, 44% of the matched portion of project costs which is currently estimated at SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($786,200);
Project Contributions. 4.1 The Parties agree to contribute, or make available, their Contribution in the forms and at the times detailed in Item 4 of the Schedule.
4.2 Where any Contribution is overdue by more than 14 days, and without limiting any other available remedies, the non-defaulting Party may suspend the Project or withhold progress reports until the Contribution is made.
Project Contributions. Each Party will make such contributions in terms of manpower deployment, equipment, facilities, cash funding and other contributions as specified in Schedule 1, or as agreed from time to time by the Parties in writing.
Project Contributions. If a Signatory wishes to financially support an additional work or project then it may at any time make a contribution that is costed separately from the Signatory’s required annual contribution. WRAP will issue the Signatory with a VAT invoice setting out its project contribution which shall be subject to terms 10 to 18 inclusive set out below.
Project Contributions. Management
(a) must make its Project Contributions available to the ALA Project at the times and in the manner specified in its agreed Project Contribution Plan;
(b) keep separate documentation that records Contributions and provide such documentation to CSIRO if reasonably requested to do so by CSIRO to fulfil its obligations under the Commonwealth Agreement;
(c) must appoint its Participant Manager and ensure that its Participant Manager undertakes following responsibilities:
(i) manage the overall provision of the Project Contributions and
(ii) manage interactions with CSIRO and the ALA Management Committee;
(iii) provide reports to CSIRO as required under clause 8.
