Project Coordination Meetings for Environmental Approvals. The Environmental Task Manager is expected to attend at least one (1) in-person meetings and ten (10) teleconference meetings to report on the progress, budget, and schedule performance related to Environmental approvals for NEPA, CEQA, and regulatory compliance. A-E shall provide technical information and respond to questions and comments raised by the COUNTY or Caltrans staff. A-E must also be available to discuss and explain issues or recommendations made at meetings and hearings.
