Project Delivery System. A competitive process is being completed to hire a Construction Manager / Constructability Consultant (“CM”) for the B2H Project in 2022 to: (1) provide constructability feedback to the design engineer; and (2) collaborate with PAC and IPC to complete the BLM Construction Plan of Development and the Oregon Energy Facility Siting Council’s Site Certificate amendments. The hiring process of the CM will be structured such that the CM may be retained to construct the B2H Project. IPC and PAC may mutually agree to modify the CM’s role through the Construction Funding Committee (as defined in Section 10 below -Project Funding and Committee) without amending the Construction Funding Agreement.

Project Delivery System. Above is a schematic of the basic project delivery system. It is intended to show basic relationships between the owner, architect, and general contractor. The owner, HFL Corporation holds one prime contract for general, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical construction. This contract is held with Lxxxxxx X. Xxxxx, an Altoona based general contractor. The owner has also contracted the services of Fxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, AIA to design the Bxxxx Xxxxxx Tower. Fxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx’x firm utilized three different engineering firms to complete the design documents. Penn Terra Engineering, Inc. performed the site engineering, Nannis and Associates are the structural engineers, and East Hills Engineering Associates designed the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. Lxxxxxx X. Xxxxx ,as previously noted, is the general contractor on this project. They will perform most of the construction themselves, but will utilize specialty contractors for selected items. Four primary subcontractors will be utilized, but there are a total of twelve subcontracted items. Lxxxxxx X. Xxxxx will hold separate contracts with each of the four primary subcontractors.

  • Project Delivery Contractor shall construct the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Contractor shall deliver the Project completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, substantially free from defects, and within the Contract Time.

  • Project Deliverables The Contractor shall provide each of the following deliverables in writing to the City for review and approval to achieve the project objectives.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Contract Deliverables The Contractor shall provide information technology staff augmentation services, including comprehensive management of staff, as set forth in this Contract. The term “staff” refers to the temporary staff provided by the Contractor to render information technology services identified by Customers, but that staff shall not be deemed an employee of the State or deemed to be entitled to any benefits associated with such employment. Contracts resulting from this solicitation should not be structured as fixed-price agreements or used for any services requiring authorization for payment of milestone tasks. Contractor shall only provide information technology staff augmentation services for those Job Titles awarded to the Contractor and shall be paid on an hourly basis. The Department’s intent is for Contractor’s information technology staff to provide services closely related to those described in the Job Family Descriptions document. Detailed scopes of work, specific requirements of the work to be performed, and any requirements of staff shall be provided by the Customer in a Request for Quote. The Contractor shall possess the professional and technical staff necessary to allocate, outsource, and manage qualified information technology staff to perform the services requested by the Customer. The Contractor shall provide Customers with staff who must have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the information technology staff augmentation services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standards and quality that prevails among information technology professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work throughout Florida under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall provide, at its own expense, training necessary for keeping Contractor’s staff abreast of industry advances and for maintaining proficiency in equipment and systems that are available on the commercial market. The Contractor shall be responsible for the administration and maintenance of all employment and payroll records, payroll processing, remittance of payroll and taxes, and all administrative tasks required by state and federal law associated with payment of staff. The Contractor shall, at its own expense, be responsible for adhering to the Contract background screening requirements, testing, evaluations, advertising, recruitment, and disciplinary actions of Contractor’s information technology staff. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the information technology staff augmentation services.

  • Project Delivery Order Procedures The TIPS Member having approved and signed an interlocal agreement, or other TIPS Membership document, may make a request of the awarded Vendor under this Agreement when the TIPS Member desires goods or services awarded to the Vendor. Notification may occur via phone, the web, courier, email, fax, or in person. Upon notification of a pending request, the awarded Vendor shall acknowledge the TIPS Member’s request as soon as possible, but must make contact with the TIPS Member within two working days. Status of TIPS Members as Related to This Agreement TIPS Members stand in the place of TIPS as related to this agreement and have the same access to the proposal information and all related documents. TIPS Members have all the same rights under the awarded Agreement as TIPS.

  • Service Specification The Parties have agreed upon the scope and specification of the Services provided under this Service Agreement in the Service Specification.
