Project Director. The professional licensed employee of the Department who is responsible for directing and supervising the Professional’s services during the life of this Contract. The Project Director, or their Department Field Representative, has the authority to require the Professional to respond to and resolve study/design related problems, construction field problems and to attend Project related meetings. PROJECT/PROGRAM STATEMENT: The Project/Program Statement is provided by the Department and defines the scope of the problem, describes why this Project is desirable, and provides a preferred resolution of the problem. PROJECT TEAM: The Professional, the Project Director, Department Field Representative, a representative of the State/Client Agency, and others as considered appropriate by the Department.
