Coordinate to the greatest extent practicable, major overhaul and inspection outages of the Plant with IID.
Coordinate transportation to medical appointments where Medically Necessary for the Enrollee to access medical care;
Coordinate to the greatest extent practicable, major overhaul and inspection outages of IID transmission facilities with Producer and notify Producer of any changes as far in advance as possible.
Coordinate subject to review by counsel to the Trust, (i) the annual update to the Trust’s registration statement on Form N-1A, (ii) other amendments to the Trust’s registration statement and supplements to its Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information, and (iii) Notices of Annual or Special Meetings of shareholders of the Trust and proxy materials relating thereto, and file same with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) upon the request of the Trust or counsel to the Trust;
Coordinate device mounting height, location and type with architectural and interior drawings. Coordinate with other trades to identify conflicts with device locations and notify the Engineer of any conflicts.
Coordinate the instructional efforts and participate in the evaluation of full- time and part-time members of the instructional staff. Encourage development, improvement, and innovation in teaching; encourage and facilitate teamwork and good morale within the department.
Coordinate oversee the programmatic delivery of subcontract requirements of local Continuum service providers;
Coordinate monitor, supervise and advise the Owner with respect to preparation, execution, completion and filing of project-related documents, including, but not limited to, contracts, permit applications, licenses, certifications, zoning requirements, land use restrictions, governmental filings applicable to the Project and any other similar documents.
Coordinate lead, and participate in meetings and weekly conference calls, as directed by the SOS Office, to successfully drive campaign objectives.
Coordinate and prepare agendas and materials for and attend board and committee meetings, draft and keep records of minutes of such meetings, and coordinate any follow up issues; and
