Project Management Requirements. The Contractor must follow a clearly defined project management methodology following the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) or other project management industry best-practices, as appropriate.
Project Management Requirements. [46] The goal of the Contractor’s project management will be to guide the project through a controlled, well-managed, visible set of activities to achieve the desired results and, wherever possible, to eliminate problems and to ensure that those problems that do occur are identified early, assessed accurately, and resolved quickly in partnership with the Purchaser.

  • Project Requirements 1. Project must conform to regulations under 24 CFR Part 92, commonly known as the HOME Regulations.

B. County will reclaim any unused balance of funds for reallocation to other County approved projects.

  • Listing and Maintenance Requirements Compliance The Company has not in the two years preceding the date hereof received written notice from any stock exchange, market or trading facility on which the Common Stock is or has been listed or quoted to the effect that the Company is not in compliance with the listing, maintenance or other requirements of such exchange, market, trading or quotation facility. The Company has no reason to believe that it does not now or will not in the future meet any such requirements.

  • Support Requirements If there is a dispute between the awarded vendor and TIPS Member, TIPS or its representatives may assist, at TIPS sole discretion, in conflict resolution or third party (mandatory mediation), if requested by either party. TIPS, or its representatives, reserves the right to inspect any project and audit the awarded vendors TIPS project files, documentation and correspondence. TIPS Members stand in the place of TIPS as related to this agreement and have the same access to the proposal information and all related documents. TIPS Members have all the same rights under the awarded Agreement as TIPS.

  • License Requirements The Hotel’s alcoholic beverage license requires that the Hotel shall: (i) request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either under age or proper identification cannot be produced, and (ii) refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the Hotel’s judgment, appears to be intoxicated; and (iii) instruct its personnel to avoid encouraging patrons to consume alcoholic beverages (commonly referred to as “over-pouring”).
