Project Useful Life i. As per United States Department of Interior 522 FW 18.5(A), Useful Life of Capital Improvements Funded by Federal Assistance Grants, the State has determined that the useful life for capital improvements is 20 years. The “useful life” of the Project shall extend 20 years beyond the Project final inspection acceptance date.

Project Useful Life. The Project Useful Life commences on the day that the first charger is placed into service and end on the date that both the Operational Period for all chargers have been met, and the Usage Requirement has been fulfilled.

Useful Life of Capital Improvements Funded by Federal Assistance Grants, the State has determined that the useful life for capital improvements is 20 years. The “useful life” of the Project shall extend 20 years beyond the Project final inspection acceptance date. Grantee shall operate and maintain the Project, or cause the Project to be operated and maintained, for public recreational fishing use during the “useful life” period. The ”Real Property” to be operated and maintained shall include land, land improvements, structures, and appurtenances thereto, acquired or developed under this Project, excluding movable machinery and equipment. The Real Property shall be maintained by Subgrantee in a reasonable state of repair and shall be open for use by the public at all reasonable hours of the day and time of the year as required by its intended purpose.

This amount is based upon the Schedule of Financial Assistance in Exhibit "B", Schedule of Financial Assistance, attached and incorporated in this Agreement. The Schedule of Financial Assistance may be modified by execution of an amendment of the Agreement by the Parties.
