– Promotion Affecting Scheduled Vacation. An employee who is promoted or is requested to transfer by Management shall retain their vacation schedule, subject to cancellation only for emergency work requirements as may be determined by Management. This Section shall not deny an employee the opportunity to request annual leave at any time, but the decision for approval is retained by Management based on District requirements.
