Promotion-In. Rank Xxxxxxxxx seeks to recognize faculty leaders who have consistently demonstrated a superior level of professional achievement and accomplishment in the teaching, scholarly and/or creative activities and service activities to the Institute and other educational, professional and civic communities. Although initial academic ranking is the responsibility and decision of the Institute at the time of the initial appointment, it is believed that peer review is essential in making recommendations for changes in academic rank throughout the career of a faculty member at the Institute.

  • Promotion Increases (a) Promotion salary increases shall be granted in an amount equal to 9.0% of the employee’s previous year’s base salary rate in recognition of promotion to one of the ranks described below:

  • Promotion Procedure The rate of pay of an employee promoted shall be established in the new pay range at the nearest step which exceeds the existing rate by at least five (5) percent, but shall not exceed the maximum of that pay range except that whenever the rate of pay prior to promotion is above the maximum of the pay range established for the position to which the employee is being promoted, the present rate shall be retained.

  • Health Promotion Incentives The Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans shall develop a program which provides incentives for employees who participate in a health promotion program. The health promotion program shall emphasize the adoption and maintenance of more healthy lifestyle behaviors and shall encourage wiser usage of the health care system.

  • Promotional Criteria Subject to the utilisation of the skills, as required by the Employer, an employee remains at this level until he/she has developed the skills to allow the employee to effectively perform the tasks required of this function and is assessed to be competent to perform effectively at a higher level or has successfully completed appropriate training to ASF level 1 and has the demonstrated skills to perform at a higher level.   • Annual Production Program document describing the forecasts for Production and handling of Oil, Gas, water, special fluids, and waste arising from the Production process of each Development Area or Field.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT & PROMOTION FUND 19.01 The Employer shall contribute to the Union’s Construction Industry Development and Promotion Fund (the “Industry Fund”) the amount identified at Schedule “A” for each hour worked by each employee covered by this Agreement, and it shall remit such contributions to the Union together with union dues, and in the manner described in the Remittances to the Union article and in the Union’s remittance directives.
