Candidate Eligibility. Faculty who have successfully completed their development periods and been appointed to regular faculty, fulfilled all requirements of their initial appointment letters, have no disciplinary action taken against them in the past year and completed four years of service at the Institute, are eligible to apply for review by the Promotion Committee to the rank of Associate Professor. Candidates for promotion to the rank of Professor must have been in the rank of Associate Professor for at least five years and have at least seven years consecutive years of employment at Wentworth. The President may waive these requirements if the candidate has a significant number of years of experience at other educational institutions or has earned an Associate Professor rank more than three years prior to joining Wentworth.

Candidate Eligibility. Only State Bar Employees meeting the following criteria will be eligible to participate in the T&D Program: • Employee must have successfully passed his or her initial probationary period and must not be within a subsequent probationary period. • Employee must not have rated as “Needs Improvement” in more than two categories in his or her prior annual evaluation. • Because the T&D Assignment Program is intended to provide opportunities to Employees wishing to increase their skills and develop professionally within the State Bar, participation will be limited to volunteers.

Candidate Eligibility. The Division Chair will be selected from those who are full-time tenured faculty members in the division at the time of the announcement of the vacancy. A candidate must be acceptable to the President, XXX, and the majority vote of the full-time faculty (including one-year faculty) in the division. The term of the Division Chair shall be three years. Division Chairs may not serve more than three consecutive terms unless no one else is willing to serve. If no one applies, or there is no acceptable candidate from the division, the President and the CAO will confer with the division to discuss possible solutions.
Candidate Eligibility. Potential students who are eligible for admission to WCU Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program are those who successfully fulfilled all of the WCU School of Pharmacy’s published PharmD Admissions requirements. Further, the criteria for admission are as follows: a. Potential students will have completed all pre-pharmacy required courses (listed in Appendix A of the Agreement) for West Coast University School of Pharmacy at Santa Xxxxxx College. b. Prerequisite coursework completed with cumulative and math/science grade point averages (GPA) of 2.50 or higher are preferred. c. Applicants must complete and submit their application through PharmCAS central application service for Doctor of Pharmacy Programs. d. Applicants must submit three (3) letters of recommendation (two from a math/science professor and a third letter from a pharmacist (supervisor), math/science professor, employer (supervisor), healthcare professional (supervisor), or liberal arts professor). e. Applicants must participate in and complete the WCU admissions interview process.

  • Program Eligibility The COUNTY shall provide eligibility determination for those persons applying for home repair under this Agreement by using the following factors: 1. The applicant is a resident of the CITY; and 2. The total income for all members of the applicant’s household does not exceed 80% of the median income of the Kansas City metropolitan area, as determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and 3. The applicant is the homeowner and must have occupied the property as a primary residence for at least six (6) months; 4.
