Promotion to an Excluded Position. In the event an employee is promoted or appointed to a position excluded from the Union Contract, and such employee is subsequently demoted to a position for which the Union has bargaining authority, the Corporation shall have the right to place such an employee in the position previously held by him/her or in any vacant position for which the employee is qualified. The employee, if demoted, shall be credited with seniority earned before being promoted to an excluded position; subject to Articles 11.04 (A) and Article 11.05.
