Promotional Period. If you have signed up for the Services pursuant to a promotional period, you agree to pay any applicable monthly fee upon the expiration of a promotional period offered by PayPal.

Promotional Period. The New Air Service must commence between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025, to be eligible (the “Promotional Period”). An airline that commences qualifying New Air Service but fails to maintain that service for the full agreed- upon Promotional Period will be required to pay any waived Landing Fees extended under the Domestic ACIP within 30 days. The initial Domestic ACIP became effective on September 21, 2021, by Resolution No. 21-0185 passed by the Airport Commission. The Airport Commission authorized several subsequent extensions: a one-year extension on January 17, 2023, by Resolution No. 23-0005, and a further six-month extension on December 5, 2023, by Resolution No. 23-027. This current one-year extension authorized on June 18, 2024, by Resolution No. 24-0131, will be applicable to New Air Service commencing between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025. The Program is limited in duration to encourage development of domestic New Air Service in a pandemic-recovery environment. Both air carriers currently serving SFO and new entrants to SFO are eligible to participate in the Domestic ACIP. An air carrier that believes it has met the Criteria to Qualify for inclusion in the Domestic ACIP must complete a Domestic ACIP Application.
