Proper Notification Defined. Employees who are unable to report to work shall be responsible for directly notifying their immediate supervisor, or their designee prior to the beginning of their work shift. Existing departmental call-in procedures shall be reviewed by the labor/management committee for reasonableness. Employees will be informed of the names of supervisors and/or designees who are to be called concerning inability to work due to illness. Employees shall be eligible for sick leave payment if they are prevented from calling in prior to the shift by acts of nature or other events documented by a police accident report, hospital admission, or Emergency Room slip. Each and every late call off will be considered a separate violation covered under Article 7Corrective Action”.

  • Control Area Notification At least three months before Initial Synchronization Date, Interconnection Customer shall notify Distribution Provider in writing of the Control Area in which the Generating Facility will be located. If Interconnection Customer elects to locate the Generating Facility in a Control Area other than the Control Area in which the Generating Facility is physically located, and if permitted to do so by the relevant transmission tariffs, all necessary arrangements, including but not limited to those set forth in Article 7 and Article 8 of this GIA, and remote Control Area generator interchange agreements, if applicable, and the appropriate measures under such agreements, shall be executed and implemented prior to the placement of the Generating Facility in the other Control Area.

  • Data Breach Notification Seller will promptly notify Buyer of any actual or potential exposure or misappropriation of Buyer data ("breach") that comes to Seller's attention. Seller will cooperate with Xxxxx and in investigating any such breach, at Xxxxxx's expense.
