Property and Procurement Requirements. 3.1 Property Management and Inventory The Grantee must ensure equipment purchased with grant funds is used for the purpose of the grant and as approved by the State. The Grantee must develop and implement a control system to prevent loss, damage or theft of property and investigate and document any loss, damage or theft of property funded under the grant. The Grantee must account for any real and personal property acquired with grant funds or received from the federal government in accordance with 2 C.F.R. § 200.310 through 200.316 and 200.329. This documentation must be maintained by the Grantee, according to the requirements listed herein, and provided to the State upon request, if applicable. When original or replacement equipment acquired under this award by the Grantee is no longer needed for the original project or program or for other activities currently or previously supported by the federal awarding agency or the State, the Grantee must make proper disposition of the equipment pursuant to 2 C.F.R. § 200. The Grantee will maintain specified equipment management and inventory procedures for equipment, including replacement equipment, whether acquired in whole or in part with grant funds, until disposition takes place, with a per-unit cost of $5,000 or greater.   • Procurement Requirements If the Sponsor has, or is required to have, a procurement process that follows applicable state and/or federal law or procurement rules and principles, it must be followed, documented, and retained. If no such process exists, the Sponsor must follow these minimum procedures:

Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.

  • Operational Requirements 4 At-Sea Monitors are deployed, in accordance with coverage rates developed by 5 NMFS and as assigned through the Pre-Trip Notification System (PTNS), to 6 vessels. Due to availability of funding, changes in the fishery management, 7 such as emergency closures, court ordered closures, weather, and unforeseen 8 events must remain flexible. Additional funding for sea days may be added to 9 the contract within the scope and maximum allowable sea days. 10 The following items define the operational services to be provided by the 11 contractor under this contract.
