PROPERTY UTILIZATION. All equipment and facilities furnished by NPS will be on a loan basis. Equipment and facilities will be returned in the same condition received except for normal wear and tear in project use. Property management standards set forth in 2 CFR 200.310 through 200.316 apply to this Agreement.
PROPERTY UTILIZATION. Subgrantee may not expend grant funds for tangible, nonexpendable personal property or equipment, including exempt property.
PROPERTY UTILIZATION. Use of Property other than Intellectual Property [ If a Partner wishes to use NPS property during the term of a Fundraising Agreement, it must obtain an NPS’ Special Use Permit or other similar written authorization from NPS. Long-term use of NPS property by Partners, e.g., excess NPS office space, may be authorized through an NPS Friends Group Agreements. Generally, a Friends Group Agreement is utilized where NPS anticipates having a significant, long-term and mutually beneficial relationship with a Partner. The NPS Model Friends Group Agreement is found in the DO #21 Reference Manual, and contains appropriate provisions for authorizing the use of NPS property. NPS must have statutory authority to permit Partners to use Government property. In many cases the NPS Organic Act (16 U.S.C. § 1-4) will provide sufficient statutory authority for temporary Partner use of Government property, but NPS staff should consult with the Solicitor’s Office to identify applicable legal authorities on a case-by-case basis.]
PROPERTY UTILIZATION. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties, any property furnished by one party to the other shall remain the property of the furnishing party. Any property furnished by the Park to CRF shall be used and disposed of as set forth in NPS Property Management regulations.

PROPERTY UTILIZATION. Any property purchased or otherwise obtained through cooperative efforts under this MOU will be subject to separate agreement and may be utilized cooperatively in accordance with the spirit of this document and independent participant requirements.
PROPERTY UTILIZATION. A. or PC-Acquired Equipment - The DEPIDPF and PC will utilize, manage, and dispose of property funded by this Agreement as specified in 43 CFR 9'12.71 and 12.73. The specific method for disposition of DEPDPF- or PC-acquired equipment will be agreed to by the DEPDPF, PC, and the prior to any disposition.
PROPERTY UTILIZATION. All property (electronic equipment, capitalized equipment, etc.) placed at EGBCC will continue to be the property of the contributing agency. It will be transferred to the center with responsibility for care, maintenance, and safekeeping assigned to the Center Manager.
