Common use of Proposed Agenda for Board Meetings Clause in Contracts

Proposed Agenda for Board Meetings. The Board agrees to post its proposed Open Session Agenda on the official website of the Board of Education in advance of Board meetings. Documents disclosable under the Public Information Act which are reviewed by the Board during Open Session meetings shall be made available to the public prior to and/or during the Open Session meeting via electronic display or as printed copies. Documents displayed during the Open Session meeting via electronic display which are not available as printed copies shall be made available to the Association as printed copies within three (3) business days. The Association and the Board agree that there will be circumstances when documents are not available via electronic display or as printed copies during Board meetings and in such cases, the Board agrees to make copies available to the Association within three (3) business days. The Board will also post a copy of the official approved minutes of the Board meetings on the Board’s website.
