Unit Designation. Unit III: non-certificated full-time employees in supervisory positions.
Unit Designation. Owner recognizes Agent's right to call any Unit by such name or designation as Agent may deem appropriate or reliable in the ordinary course of Agent's business and to place such signs, labels, plates or other markings on any Unit Premises, Unit Improvements or Unit as Agent may desire in exercising such right, subject to the provisions of subsection 9.11 hereof.
Unit Designation. Unit II is composed of eligible non-certificated full time employees (employees employed at least nine months a year and that are working 35 hours per week) in positions that have standard hours of 40 hours per week.
Unit Designation. 1. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative of all Employees of the Bargaining Units in Section 2 below, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute and all other existing directives, for the purpose of negotiation, and the administration of this contract.
Unit Designation. The Unit represented by NFFE Local 1953 is composed of all professional and non-professional civilian employees, paid from appropriated funds of the Xxxxxxxxx Air Force Base and the non-base tenant organizations serviced by the Civilian Personnel Flight, 2 FSS/FSC. Excluded are all management officials, supervisors, and employees described in 5 U.S.C. 7112(b)(1)(2)(3)(4)(6) and (7).
Unit Designation. Management reserves the right to designate any unit at CPS designated. Only employees working on CPS designated units located within the Harbors Building of Oregon State Hospital are eligible for this differential. An employee who is not regularly assigned to work on a CPS designated Harbors Building unit, but who is floated, mandated, or volunteer to work overtime to work on a CPS designated unit will receive the differential for hours actually worked on the CPS designated unit if they have completed the requirements referenced in Section 2 (b) and (c) of this Letter of Agreement.
Unit Designation. The distribution of the Affordable Housing Units by unit size shall be as set forth below and as further detailed on Schedule “A” attached hereto: Number of Units: Forty-five (45) Twenty-Four (24) - One Bedroom Units Nineteen (19) - Two Bedroom Units Two (2) - Three Bedroom Units The total number of bedrooms in the Affordable Housing Units will be, so far as practicable, in the same proportion to the total number of bedrooms in the unrestricted units.
Unit Designation. Prior to the initial occupancy of the residential apartments, and upon the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy for any residential apartment within the Apartments Unit, Developer shall designate the required number of rental apartments as Workforce Housing Units consistent with the terms of this Covenant, by providing notice of such designation to the City. Developer shall not modify the number of Workforce Housing Units, except to the extent permitted under Section 10E, without the City’s prior written approval.
Unit Designation. Section 1 The bargaining unit to which this agreement is applicable is comprised of all non- managerial, non-supervisory, non-professional excepted and competitive employees employed by the authority of the Employer and assigned to the 108th Wing, Joint Base XxXxxxx-Xxx- Lakehurst, New Jersey.
Section 2 It is agreed that National Guard employees occupy a unique position in the federal system. National Guard excepted and competitive employees (hereafter called employees) are employed pursuant to 32 USC 709 and 5 USC 3101. Unless explicitly stated in this contract, technician employment is governed by applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) and Technician Personnel Regulations (TPRs). Competitive employees are persons for whom military membership is not a condition of employment. National Guard excepted service technicians are those employees who, as a condition of employment must maintain military membership in the New Jersey Air National Guard. Excepted service technicians are viewed to be a hybrid whose work is dedicated to the administration and training of the National Guard and to maintenance and repair of supplies issued to the National Guard of the ArmedForces.
Unit Designation. Section 1. The unit to which this agreement is applicable is composed of all professional and nonprofessional EMPLOYEES of the Redwood National Park.
Section 2. Excluded are all management officials, supervisors, and EMPLOYEES described in 5 USC 7112 (b) (2), (3), (4), (6), and (7).
