Proposed System Architecture. For the near-term, the AutoCAD data store will be maintained till all the Utility departments are ready to fully embrace the ArcGIS platform and existing custom CAD based Once an ArcGIS platform is fully implemented as shown in the proposed system architecture diagram, data will be synchronized between CAD and Esri data stores using FME ETLs. The City would like to deploy a client-server based GIS architecture that is centered on the geodatabase and ArcGIS Server. This is illustrated by the graphic included on the side where a centrally managed system houses all GIS data and applications. In turn, data and applications specific to the needs of each department will be made available to the end users through various applications and methods. The existence and maintenance of a centrally-located enterprise geodatabase(s) is the cornerstone component in the City’s new enterprise GIS program. The geodatabase will be accessed directly through multiple desktop GIS applications, as well as various Esri ArcGIS Services. The City would also like to adopt Esri Local Government Information Model (LGIM) as much as possible. The City’s Utility department desires to adopt Esri’s Utility Network Model as much as possible as well after a feasibility study is done and a transition plan is put in place. Proposed System Architecture. In Our Proposed System Our used Stored-SIM or storage planning and provide some security to user data, in that we use two layer protections such as LM Layer and CM layer all work is used in different layer. In our application de- duplication Layer and Chunking are performed in data in LM Layer and encryption and Bundling is performed in Data in CM Layer. Also we focus on access control, for the purpose for avoiding information leakage by using dynamic grouping concept’s point of view also we give record monitoring to avoiding the attacker we use block chinning concept. In this project researcher used Bloom-filter Sketch for Min Hash,Generating Storage Plan Based on clustering,Idea encryption algorithms.
