PROTECTION OF MINORS. 7.1 Permittee is responsible for activities and operations of its employees, directors, subcontractors, agents and volunteers. Permittee is responsible for participants in its programs and shall have adequate policies and procedures related to prevention and mitigation of physical/sexual abuse/molestation and harassment. 7.2 As applicable, Permittee shall maintain and purchase insurance that covers claims arising from activities sponsored by Permittee, but conducted on premises not owned by Facilities User. Commercial General Liability coverage shall include physical/sexual abuse/molestation and harassment (“abuse”) coverage. Limit of liability for abuse coverage shall be at least $1,000,000 general aggregate. This coverage shall be evidenced on the insurance certificate. Certificates must be sent to University of Idaho Risk Management three (3) weeks prior to commencement of operations. 7.3 Failure to satisfy above may result, at the University’s sole discretion, with immediate termination of this contract, without regard to any other termination provision.

PROTECTION OF MINORS. Bavariashop only wants to enter contracts with customers of full age.The customer is obligated to take care that only the customer him- or herself or persons entitled by the customer him- or herself will receive the order. The customer indemnifies Bavariashop from any claims of third parties that would arise from a violation of the customers duties as mentioned above.

PROTECTION OF MINORS. International transfers of players under the age of 18 shall be permitted only under the following conditions: a. as a general rule, when the player’s family moves to the country in which the new club is located for reasons that are not linked to handball b. international transfers of non-contract players under the age of 18 shall be permitted (e.g. students, pupils). For such transfers, no fees shall be charged, neither by the releasing Federation nor by the EHF. The same principles apply to the first registration of players under the age of 18 who have a nationality other than that of the country in which they first apply for registration.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disseminate any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If, however, we become aware that personally identifiable information regarding a child under the age of 18 has been collected at the Café Utopia, Inc. site, we will use such information for the sole purpose of contacting a parent or guardian of the child to obtain verifiable parental consent. If we cannot obtain consent after a reasonable period of time, or if when contacted, a parent or guardian requests that we do not use or maintain such information, we will make reasonable efforts to delete it from our records. Upon request by a parent or guardian, Café Utopia, Inc. will provide a description of the specific types of personal information collected from a child who is under the age of 18.

Alternatively, the Permittee agrees to submit their own policy addressing the protection of minors to University Risk Management for approval. If the Permittee's Policy is approved by University Risk Management, then the Permittee, their agents, and guests shall abide by the rules outlined in their organization's policy. The approved Permittee's Policy will be attached to the Rider section of this Agreement.
