Protective Arrangement Clause Samples

A Protective Arrangement clause establishes legal measures to safeguard the interests of individuals who are unable to manage their own affairs, such as minors or incapacitated adults. This clause typically authorizes the appointment of a guardian, conservator, or trustee to oversee the person's financial, medical, or personal decisions. By providing a formal mechanism for protection, the clause ensures that vulnerable parties are not exploited or neglected, thereby addressing the need for responsible oversight and care.
