Protests of Personnel Selection Results. 251. Following the posting of an eligible list, participants may, for a period of five (5) working days, challenge the examination. Challenges are limited to either inconsistent application of uniform standards or practices inconsistent with federal or state laws, not merely because a candidate believes that he or she deserves a better score. The Court Executive Officer will rule upon appeals and notify petitioners in writing.
