Protocol No. 2 lays down the trade arrangements for processed agricultural products which are listed therein.
Protocol No. 1 and Protocol No. 2, whose templates constitute Annex 2 and Annex 3 hereto, respectively, shall be executed in two counterparts and signed by the Contracting Parties representatives authorized to negotiate in factual and technical matters; each Contracting Party shall then receive one copy.
