School Board Any reference to School Board or District in this Agreement shall mean the District and/or its designated officials.
Executive Board In addition to the rules in Section 6.2, the following rules shall apply:
COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP 1. Local representatives on committees specifically established by this Collective Agreement shall be appointed by the local.
Board Committees The Director hereby agrees to sit in the relevant committees of the Board and to perform all of the duties, services and responsibilities necessary thereunder.
Executive Directors (a) The Executive Directors shall be responsible for the conduct of the general operations of the Bank, and for this purpose, shall exercise all the powers delegated to them by the Board of Governors.
Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.
Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.
Credit for Experience A. Newly employed teachers will receive the equivalent year's credit for each year of experience. The experience granted will be equal to the FTE experience for each year worked. This credit will be granted if, in the judgment of the Superintendent, the teaching experience has been appropriate to the position which has been offered. For example, teaching experience at the secondary level may not be appropriate if the applicant is being considered for an elementary position. Placement on the salary schedule beginning with the 2017-18 contract year will be accomplished in the following manner:
Provider Services The Contractor’s system shall collect, process, and maintain current and historical data on program providers. This information shall be accessible to all parts of the MCMIS for editing and reporting.
Committees 1. The Parties agree on establishing Committees in the following matters: (a) Trade in Goods; (b) Trade in Services; (c) Investment; (d) Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures; (e) Technical Barriers to Trade; (f) Trade Facilitation; (g) Rules of Origin; and (h) Cooperation, including Intellectual Property. 2. The Free Trade Commission may create additional Committees, if needed. The Committees on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures, Technical Barriers to Trade and Rules of Origin shall coordinate their tasks with those of the Committee on Trade in Goods. 3. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Committees shall convene in regular session once a year at the same time the Free Trade Commission convenes. When special circumstances arise, the Parties shall meet at any time upon agreement at the request of one Party. Regular sessions of the Committees shall be chaired successively by each Party. Other sessions of the Committee shall be chaired by the Party hosting the meeting. The sessions may be held by any technological means available to the Parties. 4. When necessary, the Committees created hereby shall consult with such other Committees as needed to address the issues they handle.
