  • Drug and Alcohol Policy 66.1 The Parties agree to apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (as amended from time to time)

  • DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY The parties agree that employees represented by this Agreement shall be free from the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while at work. The Agency's Drug/Alcohol Policy will be adhered to by such employees.

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING Employees may be tested for drugs and/or alcohol pursuant to the provisions of the Employer's Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement as if more fully set forth herein.

  • Alcohol Policy Residents are required to abide by all New York State and New York University regulations regarding the use of alcohol. In residence halls, persons under the age of 21 may not be in the presence of alcohol or alcoholic beverage containers. Students (including residents and non- residential students), and guests who are of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older) may possess and consume alcoholic beverages (referred herein “alcohol”) within NYU residence halls in accordance with the following:

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE WORKPLACE 20.1 All employees must report to work in a condition fit to perform their assigned duties unimpaired by alcohol or drugs.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing Permitted Testing is permitted where the Employer has reasonable suspicion to believe.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.

  • Provider Manual The Provider Manual shall be a comprehensive online reference tool for the Provider and staff regarding, but not limited to, administrative, prior authorization, and referral processes, claims and encounter submission processes, continuity of care requirements, and plan benefits. The Provider Manual shall also address topics such as clinical practice guidelines, availability and access standards, care management programs and Enrollee rights.

  • SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION In performing work under this Contract on State premises, Contractor shall conform to any specific safety requirements contained in the Contract or as required by law or regulation. Contractor shall take any additional precautions as the State may reasonably require for safety and accident prevention purposes. Any violation of such rules and requirements, unless promptly corrected, shall be grounds for termination of this Contract in accordance with the default provisions hereof.

  • Workplace Safety Insurance 6.1 For the purposes of Article 41.2 (Workplace Safety & Insurance) of the Central Collective Agreement “sixty-five (65) working days” shall be deemed to be (471¼ or 520) hours.
