Common use of Provincial Negotiating Committee Clause in Contracts

Provincial Negotiating Committee. (a) In the event that a Nurse is a member of the Provincial Negotiating Committee (“PNC”), the Employer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate time off for the Nurse to participate in Union caucus meetings and direct negotiations with any multiple employer group bargaining table, subject to operational requirements.

Provincial Negotiating Committee. (a) In the event that a Nurse is a member of the Provincial Negotiating Committee (“PNC”), the Employer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate time off without pay for the Nurse to participate in Union caucus meetings and direct negotiations with any multiple employer group bargaining table, subject to operational requirements.
