Provision of Affordable Units. Redeveloper represents and warrants to the City as follows:

Provision of Affordable Units. Developer agrees to make available, restrict occupancy to, and rent the Affordable Units at Affordable Rents throughout the Affordability Period to Very Low and Lower Income Households. 503.2 Selection of Tenants. Developer shall be responsible for the selection of tenants for the Affordable Units in compliance with the HOME Program, to the extent applicable, and all lawful and reasonable criteria, as set forth in the Marketing Plan. Developer shall not refuse to lease to a holder of a certificate of family participation under 24 CFR part 882 (Rental Certificate Program) or a rental voucher under 24 CFR part 887 (Rental Voucher Program) or to the holder of a comparable document evidencing participation in a HOME Program, Section 8 program or other tenant-based assistance program, who is otherwise qualified to be a tenant in accordance with the approved tenant selection criteria.
Provision of Affordable Units. Developer shall make available, restrict occupancy to, and rent the Affordable Units to Eligible Tenants at Affordable Rents throughout the Affordability Period.
Provision of Affordable Units. Redeveloper represents and warrants to the City that the State of Nebraska has awarded a grant from the Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund (“NAHTF Grant”) for the Redevelopment Project which requires Redeveloper to maintain (15) dwelling units within the Redevelopment Project in accordance with the NAHFT Grant Program Guidelines, including all rent and income limits (i.e. 80% of area median income and 65% rent limits), property standards and reporting requirements for the affordability period of ten (10) years. Redeveloper shall provide documentation annually to the Urban Development Director of the Redevelopment Project’s compliance with the NAHFT Grant Program Guidelines.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Removal of Contractor Employee All employees of the Engineer assigned to this contract shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. The State may instruct the Engineer to remove any employee from association with work authorized in this contract if, in the sole opinion of the State, the work of that employee does not comply with the terms of this contract or if the conduct of that employee becomes detrimental to the work.

  • Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan Pension Program Members For purposes of this Section 2, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on or after August 29, 2003 and who is not eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.

  • Leave of Absence for Full-Time Union or Public Duties An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union or anybody with which the Union is affiliated, or who is elected to public office, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority.

  • Dependent Care Expense Account The Employer agrees to provide insurance eligible employees with the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by law or regulation.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Jury Service Program This Contract is subject to the provisions of the County’s ordinance entitled Contractor Employee Jury Service (“Jury Service Program”) as codified in Sections 2.203.010 through 2.203.090 of the Los Angeles County Code, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit H and incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Contract.

  • DEFINITION OF EMPLOYEE STATUS AND BENEFIT ENTITLEMENT For the purpose of this Article “regularly scheduled” means any combination of shifts scheduled in advance and issued by the Employer. (Reference Article 25.04 – Posting of Work Schedules) Employees at the commencement of their employment and at all times shall be kept advised by their Employer into which employee status they belong.

  • Post Retirement Health Care Benefit Employees who separate from State service and who, at the time of separation are insurance eligible and entitled to immediately receive an annuity under a State retirement program, shall be entitled to a contribution of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) to the Minnesota State Retirement System’s (MSRS) Health Care Savings Plan. Employees who have a HCSP waiver on file shall receive a two hundred fifty dollars ($250) cash payment. If the employee separates due to death, the two hundred fifty dollars ($250) is paid in cash, not to the HCSP. An employee who becomes totally and permanently disabled on or after January 1, 2008, who receives a State disability benefit, and is eligible for a deferred annuity under a State retirement program is also eligible for the two hundred fifty dollar ($250) contribution to the MSRS Health Care Savings Plan. Employees are eligible for this benefit only once.
