Provision of Dental Services. Group shall have sole responsibility for all Dental Services provided to patients of Group with regard to the diagnosis of the patient’s condition and the development of treatment plan alternatives, including, without limitation, the following:

Provision of Dental Services. DENTIST agrees to provide Member dental services and to provide such services in the same manner in which DENTIST provides services to other patients. DENTIST agrees to provide Member with dental services without discrimination and within the normal scope of the DENTIST’S practice. Dentist agrees to provide dental services to Medicare Covered Persons pursuant to Attachment A of this agreement.
Provision of Dental Services. Dentist will provide Dental Services to all Eligible Persons in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and pursuant to the terms of the applicable Plan.
Provision of Dental Services. Dentist or Dental Care Professional shall provide or arrange for the provision of all Dental Services to all members in accordance with generally accepted standards of dental practice of the community in which Dentist most frequently renders Dental Services. Dentist shall accept Members as new patients on the same basis as Dentist is accepting non-Members as new patients without regard to race, religion, sex, color, national origin, age or physical or mental health status. Additional requirements for the provision of certain Dental Services may be set forth in the Appendices.

  • Dental Services The following dental services are not covered, except as described under Dental Services in Section 3: • Dental injuries incurred as a result of biting or chewing. • General dental services including, but not limited to, extractions including full mouth extractions, prostheses, braces, operative restorations, fillings, frenectomies, medical or surgical treatment of dental caries, gingivitis, gingivectomy, impactions, periodontal surgery, non-surgical treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, including appliances or restorations necessary to increase vertical dimensions or to restore the occlusion. • Panorex x-rays or dental x-rays. • Orthodontic services, even if related to a covered surgery. • Dental appliances or devices. • Preparation of the mouth for dentures and dental or oral surgeries such as, but not limited to, the following: o apicoectomy, per tooth, first root; o alveolectomy including curettage of osteitis or sequestrectomy; o alveoloplasty, each quadrant; o complete surgical removal of inaccessible impacted mandibular tooth mesial surface; o excision of feberous tuberosities; o excision of hyperplastic alveolar mucosa, each quadrant; o operculectomy excision periocoronal tissues; o removal of partially bony impacted tooth; o removal of completely bony impacted tooth, with or without unusual surgical complications; o surgical removal of partial bony impaction; o surgical removal of impacted maxillary tooth; o surgical removal of residual tooth roots; and o vestibuloplasty with skin/mucosal graft and lowering the floor of the mouth. • The following dialysis services received in your home: o installing or modifying of electric power, water and sanitary disposal or charges for these services; o moving expenses for relocating the machine; o installation expenses not necessary to operate the machine; and o training in the operation of the dialysis machine when the training in the operation of the dialysis machine is billed as a separate service. • Dialysis services received in a physician’s office.

  • Incidental Services 13.1 The supplier may be required to provide any or all of the following services, including additional services (if any) specified in the SCC: (a) performance or supervision of on-site assembly, and/or commissioning of the supplied goods; (b) furnishing of tools required for the assembly and/or maintenance of the supplied goods; (c) furnishing of a detailed operations and maintenance manual for each appropriate unit of the supplied goods; (d) performance or supervision or maintenance and/or repair of the supplied goods, for a period of time agreed by the parties, provided that this service shall not relieve the supplier of any warranty obligations under this contract; and (e) training of the purchaser’s personnel, at the supplier’s plant and/or on-site, in assembly, start-up, operation, maintenance, and/or repair of the supplied goods. 13.2 Prices charged by the supplier for incidental services, if not included in the contract price for the goods, shall be agreed upon in advance by the parties and shall not exceed the prevailing rates charged to other parties by the supplier for similar services.

  • Supplemental Services 4.1.1 The services listed below are not included in Basic Services but may be required for the Project. The Architect shall provide the listed Supplemental Services only if specifically designated in the table below as the Architect’s responsibility, and the Owner shall compensate the Architect as provided in Section 11.2. Unless otherwise specifically addressed in this Agreement, if neither the Owner nor the Architect is designated, the parties agree that the listed Supplemental Service is not being provided for the Project.

  • Provision of the Services The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Customer relies on the skill and judgment of the Supplier in the provision of the Services and the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract. The Supplier shall ensure that the Services: comply in all respects with the description of the Services in Call Off Schedule 2 ( Services) or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract; and are supplied in accordance with the provisions of this Call Off Contract (including the Call Off Tender) and the Tender. The Supplier shall perform its obligations under this Call Off Contract in accordance with: all applicable Law; Good Industry Practice; the Standards; the Security Policy; the ICT Policy (if so required by the Customer); and the Supplier's own established procedures and practices to the extent the same do not conflict with the requirements of Clauses 7.1.3(a) to 7.1.3(e). The Supplier shall: at all times allocate sufficient resources with the appropriate technical expertise to supply the Deliverables and to provide the Services in accordance with this Call Off Contract; subject to Clause 22.1 (Variation Procedure), obtain, and maintain throughout the duration of this Call Off Contract, all the consents, approvals, licences and permissions (statutory, regulatory contractual or otherwise) it may require and which are necessary for the provision of the Services; ensure that any services recommended or otherwise specified by the Supplier for use by the Customer in conjunction with the Deliverables and/or the Services shall enable the Deliverables and/or the Services to meet the requirements of the Customer; ensure that the Supplier Assets will be free of all encumbrances (except as agreed in writing with the Customer); ensure that the Services are fully compatible with any Customer Property or Customer Assets described in Call Off Schedule 4 (Implementation Plan) (or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract) or otherwise used by the Supplier in connection with this Call Off Contract; minimise any disruption to the Sites and/or the Customer's operations when providing the Services; ensure that any Documentation and training provided by the Supplier to the Customer are comprehensive, accurate and prepared in accordance with Good Industry Practice; co-operate with the Other Suppliers and provide reasonable information (including any Documentation), advice and assistance in connection with the Services to any Other Supplier and, on the Call Off Expiry Date for any reason, to enable the timely transition of the supply of the Services (or any of them) to the Customer and/or to any Replacement Supplier; assign to the Customer, or if it is unable to do so, shall (to the extent it is legally able to do so) hold on trust for the sole benefit of the Customer, all warranties and indemnities provided by third parties or any Sub-Contractor in respect of any Deliverables and/or the Services. Where any such warranties are held on trust, the Supplier shall enforce such warranties in accordance with any reasonable directions that the Customer may notify from time to time to the Supplier; provide the Customer with such assistance as the Customer may reasonably require during the Call Off Contract Period in respect of the supply of the Services; deliver the Services in a proportionate and efficient manner; ensure that neither it, nor any of its Affiliates, embarrasses the Customer or otherwise brings the Customer into disrepute by engaging in any act or omission which is reasonably likely to diminish the trust that the public places in the Customer, regardless of whether or not such act or omission is related to the Supplier’s obligations under this Call Off Contract; and gather, collate and provide such information and co-operation as the Customer may reasonably request for the purposes of ascertaining the Supplier’s compliance with its obligations under this Call Off Contract. An obligation on the Supplier to do, or to refrain from doing, any act or thing shall include an obligation upon the Supplier to procure that all Sub-Contractors and Supplier Personnel also do, or refrain from doing, such act or thing. This Clause 8 shall apply if any Services have been included in Annex 1 of Call Off Schedule 2 (Services).

  • Provision of Multiple Services If the Sub-Advisor shall have provided both investment advisory services under subparagraph (a) and investment management services under subparagraph (b) of paragraph (1) for the same portion of the investments of the Portfolio for the same period, the fees paid to the Sub-Advisor with respect to such investments shall be calculated exclusively under subparagraph (b) of this paragraph 4.

  • Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with: (1) the terms of this Agreement; (2) Applicable Law; and

  • Hospital Services The Hospital will: 6.1.1 achieve the Performance Standards described in the Schedules and the HSAA Indicator Technical Specifications; 6.1.2 not reduce, stop, start, expand, cease to provide or transfer the provision of Hospital Services to another hospital or to another site of the Hospital if such action would result in the Hospital being unable to achieve the Performance Standards described in the Schedules and the HSAA Indicator Technical Specifications; and 6.1.3 not restrict or refuse the provision of Hospital Services that are funded by the Funder to an individual, directly or indirectly, based on the geographic area in which the person resides in Ontario, and will establish a policy prohibiting any health care professional providing services at the Hospital, including physicians, from doing the same.

  • Surgical Services All necessary procedures for extractions and other surgical procedures normally performed by a dentist.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.
