PROVISION OF HOSTED SERVICES. THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS DETAILED IN THIS SCHEDULE 1, SECTION 2 APPLY SPECIFICALLY TO THE SUPPLY OF HOSTED SERVICES
PROVISION OF HOSTED SERVICES. 40.1 In consideration for payment of the Hosted Services Fees, TSO shall provide the Hosted Services. 41. HOSTED SERVICES ACCEPTANCE TESTS 41.1 TSO shall prepare acceptance criteria and test data for testing whether the Hosted Services operate in material conformance with the Specification (Hosted Services Acceptance Tests), and shall provide such criteria and data to the Customer for approval. The Customer shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its approval of such acceptance data and criteria. If the Customer wishes to request any changes to such data or criteria, it shall respond to TSO in writing within five Business Days of receipt of such data and criteria providing details of the requested changes. TSO shall take into account such changes to the extent they are reasonable and shall produce a final set of acceptance data and criteria (together, Hosted Services Acceptance Criteria).
PROVISION OF HOSTED SERVICES a) Datasharp Hosted Services shall provide Services as set out on the Order Form from the connection date, subject to and on the terms of this agreement. Datasharp Hosted Services shall have the right to refuse to connect any subscriber.
PROVISION OF HOSTED SERVICES. We will provide hosted servers for you to use either in addition to or instead of your on-premises servers. We will use data centres of our choice to co-locate our hardware to run the hosted services.
