Designate a person at senior management level with responsibility for ensuring the timely provision of information to members of the Oireachtas . The CEO is the designated person. v. Report annually (in the Chairperson’s comprehensive report to the Minister) on compliance with standards set out in Circular 25/2016, vi. Seek, where appropriate, to publish the response to queries from members of the Oireachtas on Water Safety Ireland’s website.

Comply with target deadlines and standards in terms of acknowledgements and responses to queries. iv. Designate a person at senior management level within the Authority with responsibility for ensuring the timely provision of information to members of the Oireachtas. v. Report annually (in the Chairperson’s comprehensive report to the Minister) on compliance with standards set out in Circular 25/2016. vi. Seek, where appropriate, to publish the response to queries from members of the Oireachtas on Authority’s website.

  • Provision of Information (a) For so long as any of the Certificates of any Class are “restricted securities” within the meaning of Rule 144(a)(3) under the Securities Act, each of the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator and the Trustee agree to cooperate with each other to provide to any Certificateholders and to any prospective purchaser of Certificates designated by such holder, upon the request of such holder or prospective purchaser, any information required to be provided to such holder or prospective purchaser to satisfy the condition set forth in Rule 144A(d)(4) under the Securities Act. Any reasonable, out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Trustee, the Master Servicer or the Securities Administrator in providing such information shall be reimbursed by the Depositor. (b) The Securities Administrator shall provide to any person to whom a Prospectus was delivered, upon the written request of such person specifying the document or documents requested, (i) a copy (excluding exhibits) of any report on Form 8-K, Form 10-D or Form 10-K (or other prescribed form) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 6.21 and (ii) a copy of any other document incorporated by reference in the Prospectus. Any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Securities Administrator in providing copies of such documents shall be reimbursed by the Depositor. (c) On each Distribution Date, the Securities Administrator shall deliver or cause to be delivered by first class mail or make available on its website to the Depositor, Attention: Contract Finance, a copy of the report delivered to Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.02.

  • Termination of Information and Observer Rights The covenants set forth in Subsection 3.1, Subsection 3.2 and Subsection 3.3 shall terminate and be of no further force or effect (i) immediately before the consummation of the IPO, (ii) when the Company first becomes subject to the periodic reporting requirements of Section 12(g) or 15(d) of the Exchange Act, or (iii) upon a Deemed Liquidation Event, as such term is defined in the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, whichever event occurs first.

The market participant shall submit the following information with its completed and signed Participation Agreement: (a) name and registered address of the market participant including general email, facsimile and telephone number of the market participant for notifications in accordance with Article 74. (b) if the market participant is a legal person, business registration number, name of legal representative and an extract of the registration of the market participant in the commercial register of the competent authority; (c) contact details and names of persons authorised to represent the market participant and their function; (d) VAT and TAX registration number where applicable; (e) Taxes and levies to be considered for invoices and collateral calculations; (f) Energy Identification Code (EIC); (g) bank account information for payment to the applicant to be used by the Allocation Platform for the purposes of Article 65 paragraphs 8 and 9. (h) financial contact person for collaterals, invoicing and payment issues, and their contact details (email, facsimile and telephone number) for notifications where required in these Allocation Rules in accordance with Article 74; (i) commercial contact person and their contact details (email, facsimile and telephone number) for notifications where required in these Allocation Rules in accordance with Article 74; and (j) operational contact person and their contact details (email, facsimile and telephone number) for notifications where required in these Allocation Rules in accordance with Article 74. 2. A Registered Participant shall ensure that all data and other information that it provides to the Allocation Platform pursuant to these Allocation Rules (including information in its Participation Agreement) is and remains accurate and complete in all material respects and must promptly notify the Allocation Platform of any change. 3. A Registered Participant shall notify the Allocation Platform if there is any change to the information, submitted in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article, at least seven (7) Working Days before the change comes into effect and, where that is not possible, without delay after the Registered Participant becomes aware of the change. 4. The Allocation Platform will confirm the registration of the change or send a refusal note of registration of the change to the Registered Participant, at the latest, five (5) Working Days after the receipt of the relevant notification of change. The confirmation or refusal note will be sent via email to the commercial and operational contact person specified by the Registered Participant in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article. If the Allocation Platform refuses to register the change, the reason shall be provided in the refusal note. 5. The change becomes valid on the day of the delivery of the confirmation to the Registered Participant. 6. If additional information is required from a Registered Participant as a consequence of an amendment to these Allocation Rules, then the Registered Participant shall submit the additional information to the Allocation Platform within ten (10) Working Days after the request for such submission by the Allocation Platform.
