Provision of Updates. From time to time, Edesix may provide updates, upgrades, patches, bug fixes, and other modifications to improve the Software. Updates are only granted to those Customers with active Software Assurance.

Provision of Updates. 1. ICARO develops the software components on which the contract software is based at its own reasonable discretion. ICARO takes particular account of changed requirements, for example with regard to system improvements and expansions, an updated system environment, requirements from updated SAP versions and errors reported by users. There is no entitlement to specific fea- tures of the contract software (e.g. operating system versions). 2. XXXXX informs irregularly about the new functions created in the course of further development on the homepage or via newsletter. 3. Upon request, ICARO will provide the CUSTOMER with updates. These up- dates are only ever transferred in the object code. The delivery is made by ICARO by making it available for download by the PARTNER / CUSTOMER. 4. When updating from BAPI-Handler version 3 to the current BAPI-Handler ver- sion 5 or subsequent versions, the UNICODE license option must be licensed for all licensed SAP systems.
Provision of Updates. During the term of this Agreement, Cadence (either directly or through one of its subsidiaries), shall provide CKK and its Distributors with Updates which Cadence, in its sole discretion, considers to be appropriate or necessary. In the event that Cadence provides any such Updates to CKK and its Distributors, CKK and its Distributors shall promptly distribute them to End Users within the Territory in accordance with Section 4.2(b) ("Distribution of Updates") of this Agreement.
Provision of Updates. Varonis shall make available to the GSA Customer, Updates of the Software, if and when Varonis makes such Updates generally available to its other customers then covered by the Software Subscription. Updates shall mean new Versions, updates, modifications, Work Arounds (a technically reasonably feasible change in the operating procedure of the Software whereby the adverse effects of the Error on the normal operation of the Software are reasonably minimized), upgrades, patches, error-corrections, releases, hotfixes, service packs, feature packs, which are designed and released by Varonis to optimize and/or repair the operation of the Software or the Documentation, if and when generally made generally available by Varonis to its customers. Updates shall not include any new functionality, features or modules offered by Varonis as separate or additional products, components or add-ons ("Additional Products").
Provision of Updates. 1. Unless otherwise expressly stated in the description of the Software and the scope of the license, the Licensee shall have no right to the provision and installation of regular Updates or Upgrades. Mandatory legal claims of the Licensee remain unaffected. 2. CraftCoders reserves the right, e.g. in the context of further develop- ments of the Software, to provide the Licensee with Updates of the Software, e.g. if this appears necessary in regard of existing or sus- pected security gaps or malfunctions or if it is recommended for the optimization of the affected Software. Significant functional re- strictions are not associated with such Updates. The Licensee hereby agrees to the installation of such Updates. 3. Updates of the Software are provided in object or binary code via download (Data Center version) or are installed automatically (Cloud version). CraftCoders will not provide the source code of Updates to the Licensee. If the Licensee uses the Data Center version, he is re- sponsible for the installation of Updates and shall check every Update he receives to determine whether it is free of defects before he starts the productive use. Regarding the rights of use related to Updates, the conditions of § 3 shall apply accordingly. The rights to the Soft- ware version replaced by the Update shall lapse automatically with the start of the productive use of the Update. 4. If CraftCoders provides the Licensee with Updates of the Software free of charge, the Updates are provided “as is” and are not subject to CraftCoders’ liability for defects. Mandatory legal claims (e.g. for intentional breaches of duty) and possible warranty claims of the Li- censee related to the originally purchased Software version remain unaffected, i.e. by providing an Update free of charge the Licensee does not lose any rights in this respect. If CraftCoders provides the Licensee with Updates of the Software free of charge, this does not lead to a new start of limitation periods.
Provision of Updates. Xxxxxxx routinely modifies and enhances the Software for the purpose of correcting Errors, and to make available new releases and new versions of the Software. While Customer purchases Support Services and provided Customer is not in breach of its obligations under this Agreement, Lyniate will make Updates available to Customer electronically. Customer agrees to maintain both an email address, and a method and means to download Updates from Lyniate. Xxxxxxx will use this email address to notify Customer regarding Updates to the Software. Customer should promptly install Updates to maintain the Software at the most current revision level.
Provision of Updates. DESIGN shall make updates to the Software and its related documentation available to you at no additional charge. Updates shall be provided in the same form and manner as the Software was provided unless the parties otherwise agree. You agree to promptly install new updates, patches, and fixes of Software as requested by DESIGN.

Provision of Updates. 14.1. The Supplier reserves the right to adjust the Service or parts thereof in order to improve functionality and to correct mistakes. If such an adjustment results in a significant change in functionality, the Supplier shall endeavour to inform the Reseller of that fact. However, the Supplier shall have sole authorisation to decide on the adjustments. 14.2. The Supplier shall from time to time provide updates which can correct mistake or improve the functionality of the Service. 14.3. In the realisation of updates, the Supplier may depend on its suppliers. The Supplier reserves the right to not install certain corrections or updates from a supplier if, in its opinion, it does not benefit the correct functionality of the Service.
