Provisional Credit and Funds Availability. Upon acceptance of the Mobile Deposit, Bank shall grant your Account Provisional Credit (as herein defined) for the total amount of the Mobile Deposit or the accepted Mobile Deposit, as applicable. As used herein, "Provisional Credit" means that when we post transactions to your account, the credit is made to your Account subject to final payment of the Checks (as defined below) and subject to the terms of the Deposit Agreement. For the purpose of determining availability of funds, Bank may hold funds for the period of time permitted by Bank's funds availability disclosure. Mobile Deposit funds are generally available the next Business Day after the Business Day of your deposit, unless a hold is placed. If a hold is placed, you will be notified.

  • Funds Availability Funds from items deposited through the Service will be available in accordance with the Credit Union’s Funds Availability Policy disclosure, as amended from time to time, which is incorporated herein by reference. You agree that the imaging and transmitting of checks alone does not constitute receipt by Credit Union. Also, acknowledgment of receipt or delivery does not constitute an acknowledgment by Credit Union that the transmission of a check or items does not contain errors or that funds will be available. Checks deposited though Mobile Deposit are not received by the Credit Union until we have acknowledged receipt and provided credit to your account.

  • RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.

  • Funding Availability 1. This Contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. If funds become unavailable through the lack of appropriations, legislative or executive budget cuts, amendment of the Appropriations Act, state agency consolidation or any other disruptions of current appropriations, DFPS will reduce or terminate this Contract.

  • Funds Availability Policy Your Ability To Withdraw Funds. Our policy is to delay the availability of funds from your cash and check deposits. During the delay, you may not withdraw the funds in cash and we will not use the funds to pay checks that you have written. Determining the Availability of a Deposit. The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. Every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before closing on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after closing or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open. The length of the delay varies depending on the type of deposit and is explained below. Same-Day Availability. Funds from electronic direct deposits to your account will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Next-Day Availability. Funds from the following deposits are available on the first (1st) business day after the day of your deposit: • U.S. Treasury checks that are payable to you. • Wire transfers. • Checks drawn on us. If you make the deposit in person to one of our employees, funds from the following deposits are also available on the first (1st) business day after the day of your deposit: • Cash. • State and local government checks that are payable to you. • Cashier’s, certified, and xxxxxx’s checks that are payable to you. • Federal Reserve Bank checks, Federal Home Loan Bank checks, and postal money orders, if these items are payable to you. If you do not make your deposit in person to one of our employees (for example, if you mail the deposit), funds from these deposits will be available on the second (2nd) business day after the day we receive your deposit.

  • Total Credit Award GO-Biz, upon approval by the Committee and conditioned upon the requirements set forth in this Agreement, will award Taxpayer a California Competes Tax Credit ("CCTC") in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) (“Credit”). Specifically, Taxpayer is receiving a CCTC against the “net tax” as defined in RTC section 17039, or the “tax” as defined in RTC section 23036, as applicable, pursuant to RTC section 17059.2 or 23689, as applicable.

  • Provisional Credit You acknowledge that the Rules make provisional any credit given for an entry until the financial institution crediting the account specified in the entry receives final settlement.   • Product Availability Under no circumstances shall Company be responsible to Representative or anyone else for its failure to fill accepted orders, or for its delay in filling accepted orders, when such failure or delay is due to strike, accident, labor trouble, acts of nature, freight embargo, war, civil disturbance, vendor problems or any cause beyond Company's reasonable control.
