PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO MEDICAL EXPENSES. 11.1 In the case of 7.2 and 8.2, an eligible worker incurring medical expenses beyond the period provided for within the Return to Work Act 2014 pursuant to this policy shall in the first instance claim such incurred expenses against the private health insurance policy held by the worker or, in the case of a worker whose private health insurance policy does not cover the particular item or who does not hold a private health insurance policy, from Medicare.
