Provisions of Incentive Attendance Plan for Unit Members a. Whenever a unit member has accumulated a total of fifty (50) or more days of unused, and the unit member has an accumulated vacation balance of 35 or fewer days on June 30th of any fiscal year, that member shall be entitled to two (2) additional days of vacation to be utilized during the following fiscal year.
