Public Act 103 of 2011. This Agreement and each of its terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the United States and State of Michigan in all respects. In the event that any provision is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the Attorney General, or by any other administrative agency of the United States or the State of Michigan, such determination shall not invalidate the remaining unaffected provisions of this Agreement. The parties agree that thereafter they shall meet and bargain on proposed new language relating directly to the subject matter of the provision, which was severed. Certain provisions of this agreement may be affected by 2011 PA 103. The Employer reserves the right to contend that a clause or section is not enforceable as a consequence of that statute. The Union reserves the right to disagree.

  • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 The Contractor shall comply with section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. § 794), as amended, and any applicable regulations.
