As a User you may have the opportunity to share your data, Content, or ways in which you aggregate data (“Account Content”) with other Users, other VS1 Cloud customers, and other third parties. When sharing any Account Content, you agree not to share any confidential information. If you have the option of accessing another User’s Account Content, you understand and agree that the Account Content is being provided by the User, and not VS1 Cloud, for information and guidance purposes only, and VS1 Cloud and such User are not responsible in any way for your use the Account Content.
Public Content. As a User you may have the opportunity to share the Client’s data, Content, or ways in which the Client aggregates data (“Account Content”) with other Users, other Mercans customers, and other third parties. When sharing any Account Content, the Client agrees not to share any confidential information. If the Client have the option of accessing another User’s Account Content, the Client understand and agree that the Account Content is being provided by the User, and not Mercans, for information and guidance purposes only, and Mercans and such User are not responsible in any way for the Client’s use of the Account Content.

When sharing any Account Content, you agree not to share any confidential information. If you have the option of accessing another User's Account Content, you understand and agree that the Account Content is being provided by the User, and not SkyCentrics, for information and guidance purposes only, and SkyCentrics and such User are not responsible in any way for your use the Account Content.

When sharing any Account Content, you agree not to share any confidential information. If you have the option of accessing another User's Account Content, you understand and agree that the Account Content is being provided by the User, and not Top Speed Support Ltd, for information and guidance purposes only, and Top Speed Support Ltd and such User are not responsible in any way for your use the Account Content.

By sharing any Account Content, you agree not to share any confidential information. If you have the option to access another User's Account Content, you understand and agree that the Account Content is being provided by the User and not by Greenow USA, for informational and guidance purposes only, and Greenow USA and that User are not are not responsible in any way for your use of the Account Content.
Public Content. You acknowledge that the debates, and your “likeness” may be published, marketed or broadcast publicly on websites, including but not limited to, YouTube. You acknowledge and agree that OCOV reserves the exclusive right, in perpetuity and worldwide, for no further consideration to broadcast the debates in any manner, and in connection therewith to use your name and/or likeness in the debates and in any public promotion, advertisement or the like regarding OCOV’s business. NON-DISPARAGEMENT Debates can get heated. For that reason, you agree that you will not make any remarks in the debates that you know to be untrue or that could reasonably be construed to be disparaging or defamatory, and that you will not, at any time or in any forum, cast OCOV or any of its affiliates in a negative light, or harm OCOV's or any of its affiliates’ current or prospective business plans. You agree to indemnify OCOV and its principals and affiliates against any liability they may suffer as a result of any disparaging or defamatory statement you may make in a debate. CONFIDENTIALITY The Debate does not disclose your email or IP address, postal address, (other than City & State). and your last name is not shown on the Debate. PRIVACY POLICY You acknowledge that you have read and shall be bound by the terms of OCOV's Privacy Policy, as in effect from time to time.
Public Content. You retain ownership of all Organization specific content that you upload to the Site. However, for content you have disclosed or will disclose to the public ("Public Content"), including content you add to Donation Forms, you hereby grant Clover Donations rights and licenses to deal with the Public Content as reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes of the Service including a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable and transferable license to host, cache, cache, store, archive, index, crawl, create algorithms based thereon, modify or transcode the Public Content to appropriate media formats, standards or mediums as part of the services Clover Donations provides.
Public Content the non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), transferable (only pursuant to Section 16.4), royalty-free, fully paid up, perpetual and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, publicly perform, publicly display, transmit, distribute, aggregate, translate, alter, modify, and create derivative works of the Public Content, including any Intellectual Property Rights in the Public Content, in any and all media, whether now or hereafter known or devised, and by any and all technologies and means of delivery, whether now or hereafter known or devised, for any and all purposes. This license shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
