Public Content. As a User you may have the opportunity to share your data, Content, or ways in which you aggregate data (“Account Content”) with other Users, other Intuit customers, and other third parties. When sharing any Account Content, you agree not to share any confidential information. If you have the option of accessing another User’s Account Content, you understand and agree that the Account Content is being provided by the User, and not Intuit, for information and guidance purposes only, and Intuit and such User are not responsible in any way for your use the Account Content.

Public Content. You acknowledge that the debates, and your “likeness” may be published, marketed or broadcast publicly on websites, including but not limited to, YouTube. You acknowledge and agree that OCOV reserves the exclusive right, in perpetuity and worldwide, for no further consideration to broadcast the debates in any manner, and in connection therewith to use your name and/or likeness in the debates and in any public promotion, advertisement or the like regarding OCOV’s business. NON-DISPARAGEMENT Debates can get heated. For that reason, you agree that you will not make any remarks in the debates that you know to be untrue or that could reasonably be construed to be disparaging or defamatory, and that you will not, at any time or in any forum, cast OCOV or any of its affiliates in a negative light, or harm OCOV's or any of its affiliates’ current or prospective business plans. You agree to indemnify OCOV and its principals and affiliates against any liability they may suffer as a result of any disparaging or defamatory statement you may make in a debate. CONFIDENTIALITY The Debate does not disclose your email or IP address, postal address, (other than City & State). and your last name is not shown on the Debate. PRIVACY POLICY You acknowledge that you have read and shall be bound by the terms of OCOV's Privacy Policy, as in effect from time to time.

Public Content. You retain ownership of all Organization specific content that you upload to the Site. Spectra is not responsible for any User Content and has no duty to monitor User Content. You use any information contained in User Content at your own risk. Spectra and its designees have the right, in their sole discretion, to monitor, review, edit, remove, delete, disable, refuse, restrict, or terminate access to your User Content or the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, for any or no reason. The obligations that you have to us under these Terms shall survive termination of the Platform, any use by you of the Platform, any User Content on the Platform, or these Terms. You will not continue to post any User Content that Spectra has previously advised you not to post.
