Public Drainage Tiles. If Public Drainage Tiles are damaged by the Developer, the Developer shall restore the Public Drainage Tiles to their Pre-existing Condition unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties. The Developer is responsible for all expenses related to repairs, relocations, reconfigurations, and replacements to the Public Drainage Tiles in accordance with this Agreement. The Developer shall warrant to the Township for a period of two (2) years from such restoration that all damaged Public Drainage Tiles have been repaired to their Pre-existing Condition, and said warranty shall apply to both materials and workmanship. In the event the Developer fails to provide additional repair and leveling services within a reasonable amount of time after receiving written notice from the Township of such problem, the Township shall provide a second written notice. In the event that Developer fails to undertake such additional repair and leveling services within 30 days of receipt of the second notice, the Township may elect to address such problems and the Developer shall provide the Township reasonable compensation for such repair and leveling services based upon the actual cost of restoration, including the reasonable value of staff time if completed by the Township.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order. Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)
