Public notice boards etc. There shall be public notice boards at such places in the Development as the Manager may from time to time decide. There shall be exhibited on each of such public notice boards a copy of the Development Rules from time to time in force, all notices which are required under this Deed to be exhibited thereon and such other notices and announcements as the Manager may from time to time decide to exhibit or approve for exhibition thereon. Except in the case of a notice required by this Deed or by law to be served personally or in any other manner, the exhibition of a notice on such public notice boards for 3 consecutive days shall be due notice of the contents thereof to each Owner, his tenants and licensees.
