Public Records Access. (1) The Local Government shall comply with Florida Public Records law under Chapter 119, F.S. Records made or received in conjunction with this Agreement are public records under Florida law, as defined in Section 119.011(12), F.S. The Local Government shall keep and maintain public records required by the Department to perform the services under this Agreement.
Public Records Access. The Provider agrees to allow access and review of all documents, papers, letters, maps, books, tapes, photographs, films, sound recordings, data processing software, or other material, regardless of the physical form, characteristics, or means of transmission, made or received pursuant to law or ordinance in connection with the transaction of official business by any agency as defined in subsection 119.011(12), Florida Statutes (F.S.). All said documents made or received by the Provider in conjunction with this Rate Agreement shall be made available, except those public records which are made confidential by law must be protected from disclosure. It is expressly understood that the Provider’s failure to comply with this provision shall constitute an immediate breach of this Rate Agreement for which the Department may unilaterally terminate this Rate Agreement. Public Records Access. All information maintained by Grantor in connection with this MOA and grant award is subject to the North Carolina Public Records Act, Chapter 132 of the North Carolina General Statutes and is subject to public records requests through NCDPS.
Public Records Access. It is the intention of the state to maintain an open and public process in the solicitation, submission, review, and approval of procurement activities. Bid/proposal openings are public unless otherwise specified. Records may not be available for public inspection prior to issuance of the notice of intent to award or the award of the contract. Pursuant to §19.36 (3), Wis. Stats., all records of the contractor that are produced or collected under this contract are subject to disclosure pursuant to a public records request. Upon receipt of notice from the State of Wisconsin of a public records request for records produced or collected under this contract, the contractor shall provide the requested records to the contracting agency. The contractor, following final payment, shall retain all records produced or collected under this contract for six (6) years.
