Public Review and Comment Period. Prior to Adoption‌ The County will make the proposed draft Plans and Implementation Agreements available for public review and comment for a minimum of 90 days before adoption. The County expects to fulfill this obligation by distributing the draft Plans and Implementation Agreements with the draft environmental impact reports prepared for the Plans pursuant to CEQA and/or the draft environmental impact statements prepared for the Plans pursuant to NEPA.

First Nations with interests in the FSP area were identified from the First Nation Consultation Areas Public Map Service, and were either sent an information sharing letter by email or the FSP information sharing material was uploaded to the appropriate First Nations portal. Potentially affected agreement holders were sent an information sharing letter by email.   • Ongoing Review and Revisions As set forth in Section 35.7, the Parties have agreed to the coordination and exchange of data and information under this Agreement to enhance system reliability and efficient market operations as systems exist and are contemplated as of the Effective Date.   • Utilization Review We review health services to determine whether the services are or were Medically Necessary or experimental or investigational ("Medically Necessary").   • Review and Appeal (a) Each Party shall establish or maintain judicial, quasi-judicial, or administrative tribunals or procedures for the purpose of the prompt review and, where warranted, correction of final administrative actions regarding matters covered by this Treaty.
