Common use of Publication of Contract Clause in Contracts

Publication of Contract. Subject to considerations of confidentiality, WHO may acknowledge the existence of the Contract to the public and publish and/or otherwise publicly disclose the Contractor’s name and country of incorporation, general information with respect to the work described herein and the Contract value. Such disclosure will be made in accordance with WHO’s Information Disclosure Policy and shall be consistent with the terms of the Contract.
