Publication of Information. The Ancillary Service Provider acknowledges and agrees to the provisions for publication by the EMC and/or the PSO of certain information regarding Ancillary Service Contracts as provided under of section 8.7 of Chapter 5 of the Market Rules.

Publication of Information. The Fire Department shall publish a complete list of personnel, known as the Station Roster, in all Fire Stations, Branches, quarterly. The Station Roster shall include names, regimental numbers, rank, certification levels and specialty training. The Fire Department shall also provide the information to Local 867 quarterly including the address and phone numbers of all employees.
Publication of Information. The dissemination or publication of documents, information material or other property developed or generated by Contractor during the course of this Agreement shall require the written approval of Yakama Nation.

Without the prior written consent of the parties, the parties may not publish any information on this Agreement and any Capital Increase Transaction Documents and this Capital Increase through press conferences, meetings, advertisements, announcements, professional or industry publications, marketing materials, or otherwise.
Publication of Information. (a) Where, according to an act referred to, an EC Member State is to publish certain information on facts, procedures and the like, also the EFTA States shall, under the Agreement, publish the relevant information in a corresponding manner.
(b) Where, according to an act referred to, facts, procedures, reports and the like are to be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities, the corresponding information regarding the EFTA States shall be published in a separate EEA section(1) thereof.
Publication of Information. 11.1 We can publish or require You to publish any or all of the following details:
(a) Your name and address, including Your head office, service outlets and other business premises;
(b) a description of the Funded Purpose under the Agreement;
(c) the commencement of the Agreement or the Agreement Expiry Date;
(d) the amount of the Funding; and
(e) the procurement method used to award the Funding to You.
Publication of Information. 23.1 You must observe any publicity embargo on the announcement of successful projects until you receive notification from Innovate UK that such publicity embargo as applies has been lifted.
23.2 Innovate UK encourages you to seek your own publicity in respect of the project. If you want to publicise the project in any way whatsoever, please consult the Innovate UK guide ‘Competition Winners' Communications & Media Toolkit’. 23.3 In any online or printed materials related to activities funded by this grant, you must:
23.3.1 Acknowledge the impact of Innovate UK funding in all communications.
23.3.2 Use the approved logo prominently as much as possible.
23.3.3 Use wording describing the support from the relevant challenge and Innovate UK in your communications.
23.4 As a condition of funding, to meet UKRI’s obligations for public accountability and the dissemination of information, public descriptions of funded research proposals will be made available on the Innovate UK and UKRI websites and other publicly available sources. If Innovate UK or UKRI create a success story on your funding, we will agree with you the content we will use and we will not release any commercially sensitive or personal data.
Publication of Information. The Collector understands that its name, main contact information, and the registration number assigned to it by OTS, as well as information regarding the Collector’s operation, may be published by OTS on OTS's website or other publically-accessible websites. OTS will take commercially reasonable and appropriate precautions to maintain the confidentiality of information in its database, but will not be liable to the Collector, or anyone claiming by, through or under it for any losses, claims and damages arising out of negligent disclosure of any confidential information.
