Publication of Procurement Information. Each Party shall: (a) promptly publish any measure of general application and any modification thereto regarding covered procurement, in an electronic medium listed in Section H of Annex 16A, and in such a manner as to enable the other Party and its suppliers to become acquainted with them; and (b) provide an explanation thereof to the other Party, upon request.
Publication of Procurement Information. 1. Each Party shall promptly publish any measure of general application regarding covered procurement and any modification to this information, in the appropriate publications referred to in Appendix 2 of Annex XX (General Notes), including officially designated electronic media.
2. Each Party shall, on request, provide to another Party an explanation relating to such information.

3. Each Party shall, on request, provide an explanation in response to an inquiry relating to the information referred to in paragraph 1.

2. Each Party shall promptly notify the other Parties of any modification to its information listed in Appendices 2 or 3 of Annex XII (Government Procurement).

(a) promptly publish any law, regulation, judicial decision, administrative ruling of general application, standard contract clauses that is mandated by a law or regulation and is incorporated by reference in notices and tender documentation and procedure regarding covered procurement, and any modifications thereof, in officially designated electronic or paper medium that is widely disseminated and remains readily accessible to the public;
(b) provide an explanation thereof to any Party, on request;
(c) list in Appendix II of ANNEX 1 to this Agreement, the electronic or paper media in which the Party publishes the information described in point (a);
(d) list in Appendix III of ANNEX 1 to this Agreement, the electronic media in which the Party publishes the notices required by Articles 45, 47(4) and 55(2).
2. Each Party shall promptly notify the other Party of any modification to the Party's information listed in Appendix II or III of ANNEX 1 to this Agreement.

d) list in Appendix III, the electronic media in which the Party publishes the notices required by Articles 5, 7 paragraph 4, and 15 paragraph 2.
2. Each Party shall promptly notify the other Party of any modification to the Party's information listed in Appendix II or III.

Publication of Procurement Information. 1. Each Party shall promptly publish the following information relating to covered procurements, and any changes or additions to this information, in electronic or paper media that are widely disseminated and remain readily accessible to the public:
(a) laws, regulations, procedures, and policy guidelines; and (b) = judicial decisions and administrative rulings of general application.
2. Each Party shall, on request, provide an explanation relating to such information to the requesting Party.
Publication of Procurement Information. 1. Each Part:
(a) publish in a timely manner all laws, regulations, judicial decisions, administrative decisions of general application and procedures related to procurement covered by this Chapter, as well as any amendments thereto, in an officially designated electronic or printed medium that is widely disseminated and easily accessible to the public; and
(b) upon request of the other Party, provide an explanation of the measures set out in subparagraph (a).
2. Article 22.1 ( Transparency) does not apply to measures required to be published under paragraph 1(a).
