Purchase of Computer Equipment. 1. Any of PROVIDER’s hardware intended to link with the COUNTY network, shall meet Dane County Department of Administration, Management Information Services standards in effect at the time the linkage is desired. 2. PROVIDER shall be responsible for the costs associated with connectivity hardware and software, including, but not limited to, installation of data lines and associated monthly costs, port patch panels (hubs), patch cables, network interface cards and network software. 3. PROVIDER shall be responsible for all maintenance of its computer equipment. Dane County Department of Administration, Management Information Services shall be responsible for maintenance of the network. 4. COUNTY shall be responsible for completing and submitting current and accurate Security Access forms for all staff who will be logging on to a Dane County network. COUNTY has the discretion to refuse access to the network for any reason.
