Purchases Through Retail Location. Reward Points will be awarded to a Member for a qualifying purchase made within the last 90 days by the Member through an authorized BISSELL retail store, but only if the Member registers the Model Number and Serial Number for the purchased product through the XXXXXXX.xxx web site. The Model Number and Serial Number for a qualifying purchased product are located on the product white motor rating label. The Member may register the numbers through the XXXXXXX.xxx web site as instructed on the site. Serial Numbers are unique and may be registered only once. BISSELL will monitor Serial Numbers that a Member enters into the XXXXXXX.xxx web site. XXXXXXX reserves the right to revoke a Member’s membership, deny Reward Points, revoke Reward Points, or otherwise determine the points to be invalid if BISSELL determines that an Serial Number was entered more than once for a product purchased.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.
