Purpose and Length of Leave. The College recognizes that it is in the interests of employees and the College that employees be given the opportunity by the College to pursue developmental activities to further academic or technical skills where such activities will enhance the ability of the employee upon return to employment with the College. A leave application should normally be for between one (1) to twelve (12) months.
