Pamphlets/Booklets. The Colleges shall make available to employees, on a reasonable basis, explanatory pamphlets and/or booklets, in such form as the Colleges may determine, relating to the following: - Life Insurance (including Supplemental Life); - Ontario Health Insurance Plan; - Short Term Disability; - Long Term Disability; - Extended Health Benefits; - Dental Plan; - Pension Plan; - Liability Insurance; - Vision Care Plan; - Hearing Care Plan.

Pamphlets/Booklets. The Hospital shall make available to employees, on a reasonable basis, explanatory pamphlets and/or booklets, in such form as the Hospital and the Union agree upon, relating to the following: • Semi-private Hospital Insurance; • Extended Health Care; • Vision Care Plan; • Hearing Care Plan; • Dental Plan; • Life Insurance (including Supplemental Life); • Accidental Death and Dismemberment; • Short Term Disability; • Long Term Disability; • Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan; • Liability Insurance.

  • MANUALS Each product delivered under contract to any Customer must be delivered with at least one (1) copy of a safety and operating manual and any other technical or maintenance manual. The cost of the manual(s) must be included in the price for the Product offered.

  • Images If applicable, the CONSULTANT is prohibited from capturing on any visual medium images of any property, logo, student, or employee of the DISTRICT, or any image that represents the DISTRICT without express written consent from the DISTRICT.

  • Safety Data Sheets If specified by City in the solicitation or otherwise required by this Contract, Contractor must send with each shipment one (1) copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each item shipped.   • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent.
